As long as the ECU is setup for the injectors you are running it should provide enough fuel for the amount of air the turbos are pushing into the engine. This is true as long as the MAF isn't maxed too. With a set JWT/ASH/Z1/Ztuner ecu the AFR might not be as smooth as with a custom tune or S-afc smoothed fuel curve, but it should be relatively close barring no other problems with the engine. Normally about a 80% duty cycle is about the maximum you want to see to maintain a good factor of safety. If you consistently run above that, turn down the boost or get bigger injectors.
